1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personally identifiable information unless provided voluntarily. When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we may access your name, email address, and profile photo solely to personalize your experience within the app.

2. Usage Data

We may collect non-personal usage data such as device type, operating system version, app usage patterns, and crash reports to improve the app's performance and user experience. This data is collected through Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.

3. Advertisements

Mo Odisha uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers and general location data to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely using Google Firebase services. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

5. Third-Party Services

Our app integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google Sign-In
• Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Firestore)
• Google AdMob

6. Children's Privacy

Mo Odisha is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data (see Section 8 below)
• Opt out of analytics and personalized advertising

8. Account Deletion & Data Retention

You can permanently delete your Mo Odisha account at any time. To do so, open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm the request. If you are unable to access the app, you may also request deletion by emailing us at swadeshi.company.in@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.

What happens when you request deletion

As soon as your deletion request is confirmed, your account is deactivated and you are signed out. You will no longer be able to sign in or use the account during this period, and your profile stops being visible to other users.

30-Day Recovery Window

We do not erase your data immediately. Instead, your account and its associated data are retained in a deactivated state for a 30-day recovery window. This grace period protects you against accidental or unauthorized deletion and gives you a chance to change your mind.

• During these 30 days, you can restore your account by contacting us at swadeshi.company.in@gmail.com using the same email address linked to your account.
• Once recovery is confirmed, your account is reactivated and your data becomes accessible again as it was before deletion.
• Attempting to sign in during the recovery window will not automatically restore the account; recovery must be requested explicitly via the recovery email above.

Permanent Deletion

If you do not recover your account within the 30-day window, your account and all associated personal data are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our active systems. After this point the account cannot be recovered. Certain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you, and any records we are legally required to retain, may be kept as permitted by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
